Billing and invoices

View charges within the current month

On the main menu, click your account name, click Billing, and then click Pending charges.

Current charges for the month show.

Field	Description
Product Edition	the particular form of a product, such as trial, lite, or enterprise. It’s possible to have multiple editions of the same product.
Charge	the specific product or service provided.
Unit (Price)	the total units purchased and the price per unit.
Frequency	the time period of charges that show on an invoice, such as monthly, quarterly, or annually.
Term	the time period of an active edition. At the end of the term, unless you renew the term, you can no longer access the product.

On the main menu, click your account name, click Billing, and then click Invoice history.
On the row of the invoice, click the Download button (download icon).

Result

A file downloads to your browser. To view your invoice, open the file.

Field	Description
Timeframe	The date when the invoice was issued. Timeframe corresponds with Billing frequency.
Invoice #	use to identify invoices.
Type	charge (debit or credit) or purchase order (PO). Type corresponds with Payment Method.
Status	state of the invoice, such as paid or past-due.
Total Amount	the amount owed.

Red Hat Marketplace automatically charges your credit or debit card. For purchase orders, IBM coordinates payment with your account.

On the main menu, click your account name, click Billing, click Payment method, and then click the Edit button (pencil icon).
Enter your card information.
Click Save

You updated your card information on Red Hat Marketplace.

On the main menu, click your account name, click Billing, click Payment method, and then click Add credit or debit card.
Enter your card information.
Click Save

Red Hat Marketplace charges this card account.

Before users can try or buy products, the payment method needs to be verified.

credit or debit card—verification occurs when you add your credit or debit information to your Red Hat Marketplace account.
purchase orders—verification occurs when you validate with IBM that you can receive and pay for purchase orders.

Red Hat Marketplace doesn’t support Update Billing Address.
